There are thousands of miles of rivers, streams, and lakes in the Salmon, Idaho area. Fishing in the area is second to none. The steelhead fishing is incredible and just gets better every year. According to the Idaho Fish & Game, more than 43,000 steelhead were caught on the Salmon River this past fall (2007).
